The types of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details, address, demographic data such as gender identity if you provide it).

The amount of information we collect:
- The minimum information we need to subscribe you to our services delivered via email is your email address. We may ask you more questions for different services, including promotions and registering of interest to one of our services. Unless we say otherwise, you have to answer all the registration questions if you choose to register.
- We may also ask some other, voluntary questions during registration for certain services (for example, education networks) so we can gain a clearer understanding of who you are. This also allows us to personalise services for you.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You have signed up to our TeamLogic mailing list.
- You have updated your personal information on the TeamLogic mailing list.
- You have contacted us directly and shared your personal information – e.g. you have sent us an email, or you have applied for a job or opportunity with us.
- You have voluntarily filled in an online survey related to our activity.
- You are working with us or taking part in our activities – e.g. you have been to see a show and have chosen to take part in an online game we have created.
- You are a partner or potential partner for our work with a publicly available contact details and we have a legitimate interest in reaching out to you – e.g. you are a member of the local press or media, you work at a local school teaching performing arts, represent a local business or organisation with shared values and interests.

Security and how we store your personal information

- We make sure that when we ask another organisation to provide a service for us, they have appropriate security measures.
